Production and fulfillment times are estimates and may vary based on our production partners.

2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated shipping times:
•     United States: 3–7 business days
•     International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will send a free replacement.
If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.
Packages marked as delivered are considered delivered, and we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
We will assist where possible, but replacements for delivered packages are not guaranteed.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs delays.

7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and production times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

This helps ensure faster delivery and consistent quality.

9. Chargebacks Related to Shipping
Chargebacks filed due to carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or delivered‑but‑missing packages may be disputed with proof of delivery and tracking information.
